This program offers a unique financing mechanism where the improvements are paid for via a voluntary property tax assessment, allowing for repayment over terms of up to 30 years. Covering up to 30% of project costs, C-PACE financing is designed to make it economically feasible for property owners to implement sustainable upgrades, thereby reducing operational costs and increasing property values.
